[1] Removing and Reinstalling the

Vertical Conveyance Section

Caution: Be sure the power cord has

been unplugged from the wall
outlet.

Procedure

(1) Remove the right side cover (lower). (See "EX-

TERNAL SECTION.")

(2) Disconnect the connector (CN253).
(3) Remove the four screws to remove the vertical

conveyance section.

(4) Reinstall the above parts following the removal

steps in reverse.

Caution:

When installing the vertical
conveyance section, secure the
section by four screws with its door
closed.

[2] Removing and Reinstalling the

Vertical Conveyance MC (MC9,
MC10)

Caution: Be sure the power cord has

been unplugged from the wall
outlet.

Procedure

(1) Remove the vertical conveyance section.
(2) Remove two retaining rings to detach two gears.
(3) Disconnect the two connectors (CN290, CN291)

to remove the wiring harness from the wring
harness guide.

(4) Remove the two retaining rings to detach clutches.

Caution:

When reinstalling the vertical
conveyance MCs clutches, be sure to
fit the detent in the slit in the clutch.

(5) Reinstall the above parts following the removal

steps in reverse.
