Mounting the canopy halves
For reasons of simplification, the illustration shows the interface plate without cables and
extension arm or spring arm.
•
Attach profile strip (not illustrated) to the
first canopy half (if desired, the canopy
can be sealed with silicone sealant).
•
Place the first canopy half on the
threaded bolts M10 x 360 mm and screw
on and tighten 2 cladding screws .
•
Ensure that the canopy halves sit flush
on the intermediate ceiling/prefabricated
ceiling.
•
If required, re-adjust the 4 threaded
bolts , see section “Preparing to mount
the canopy”, page 77.
•
Attach profile strip (not illustrated) to the
second canopy half and insert into the
first canopy half so that one is inside the
other.
•
Place the second canopy half on the
threaded bolts and screw on and tighten
2 cladding screws .

Screw 1 self-tapping screw
each on the 2 flaps on the opposite outer sides of the
canopy halves / .
•
Screw 4 self-tapping screws on the bottom sides of the canopy halves
/
and tighten
them.
Make sure the canopy halves / are safely in place:
•
The canopy halves / must fit snugly one inside the other.
•
The canopy must sit fully flush on the intermediate ceiling/prefabricated ceiling.
•
All cladding screws / / must be tightened.
