5) Install the screws and washers and tighten using

a torque wrench with screwdriver adapter to the re-

quired torque values (35 inch pounds). Make sure all

snap tabs, the chin strap, and the earphone retainer

clips are in their original positions.
6) Wipe off all excess RTV that has oozed out from

under the weights.
7) Allow 24 hours for the sealant to cure before using

the helmet.
