Bluetooth can be used to wirelessly connect a Bluetooth-compatible device and the transceiver.
As the main method of use, wirelessly connecting by Bluetooth a Bluetooth-compatible headset and the transceiver can
execute a voice call using the mic and speaker of the headset.

To wirelessly connect by Bluetooth a Bluetooth-compatible headset and the transceiver, the Bluetooth-compatible
headset needs to support HSP (Headset Profile).

Toggling Bluetooth On/ Off
To use various Bluetooth functions,
Built-in GPS Receiver/Bluetooth
needs to be enabled (On) by using KPG-D1/ D1N.
Also, Bluetooth can be toggled On and Off by operating the transceiver.
Pressing the
Bluetooth
key can toggle Bluetooth On and Off.
Or, pressing the
Menu
key causes the transceiver to enter Menu Mode, and then Bluetooth can be toggled On and Off by
selecting “On” or “Off”. (Refer to
