STATus:QUEStionable:PTRansition

This command sets the positive transition filter of the questionable
event register. The filter contents cause the corresponding bit in the
questionable event register to become 1 when the bit value of the
questionable condition register transitions from 0 to 1.

the questionable PTR register are set according to this value.
