Timer example
This example sets up the power supply to output 6 V, 1 A for 7 seconds before the output
automatically turns off.
Keystrokes
Perform the following procedure using the keys on the instrument's front panel to save the test setup.
To configure the duration of the timer and enable the timer feature:
1. Press
Shift

Menu (1)
to access the configuration menus.
2. Use the arrow keys, navigation wheel , or the keypad to select
Protect

3. Use the arrow keys, navigation wheel , or the keypad to select
Out Time Set
. Press
Enter.
4. Use the arrow keys, navigation wheel , or the keypad to select
On

a few times to return to the initial screen.

Wait for 7 seconds. The output will turn off automatically.

To configure the duration of the timer:
OUTPUT:TIMER:DELAY 7S
To enable the timer feature:

To disable the timer feature:

List mode example
This example configures a 5 step list to be executed 2 times in continuous mode. The list is saved in
location 3. The instrument runs the list upon entering the list mode operation.
