Setup Shunt Bar B Test – Memory Pattern Location 6:

Specify relays to close.

Set Isrc to 50mA for M6.
:ROUT:MEM:DEL 6,0
Set Memory Delay = 0.
:SENS:VOLT:NPLC 1,(@M6)
Set A/D integration time to 1 PLC.
:CALC1:FORM S1I,(@M6)
Select S1IOHMS math function; selecting this
function automatically selects DCV measurement
function and the 1V measurement range.
:CALC1:STAT ON,(@M6)
Enable the math function.
:ROUT:MEM:READ:STAT 6,ON
Enable measurement during scan; during a scan the
measurement is initiated automatically. This does
not apply when a memory pattern is recalled as
shown below. In the latter case, the reading must be
initiated explicitly as also shown below.

Set Vsrc to 500V for M7. Since source level is the
same as in Initial Setup routine, this command can
be left out.

Set Total Memory Delay = 50ms, allow 50ms settling
time after changing load on V-source; if also change
source level, include an additional 250ms for total of
300ms.
:SENS:FUNC 'VOLT',(@M7)
Select DC volts measurement function.
:SENS:VOLT:RANG 1000,(@M7)
Select 1000V fixed measurement range.
:SENS:VOLT:NPLC 1,(@M7)
