Section 7-7 

006  Squeegee Up Switch:  

This switch is located on the 

Squeegee Motor Mounting Bracket (furthest away from 
the angle).  The switch works the same way as the 
Buffer Up Switch.  When the cam lobe actuates the 
switch the PC receives the signal telling the 
machine the squeegee is UP.  This switch is wired 
Normally Open.  The squeegee parks in the Up 
Position and this switch indicates the squeegee is 
in the zero position. (LED #6)

007  Squeegee Down Switch:  

Located next to the 

Squeegee Up Switch, between it and the mounting 
bracket, is a microswitch that tells the PC when the 
squeegee is in the DOWN position.  A signal is sent 
to the PC when the switch is actuated by the cam 
lobe.  While operating the squeegee must be in the 
down position.  If the PC does not get the signal 
from this switch, an error message will appear on 
the screen.  This switch is wired Normally Open.  
(LED #7) 

 

 

 

 

  If the motor cam coasts past the switch an Error 
Message will occur.  The screen will change to:
