Determines the strobe mode.
Parameter Value Strobe Mode
0 The current input state is stored with the positive slope
of the strobe signal.
1 As long as the strobe signal is inactive, then all the
input signals are inactive.
When the strobe signal is active, then the input signals
are accepted.
