The inverter type is displayed as a hexal decimal number. Each bit has the following
meaning.
bit 0:
Voltage class
0 = 230V
1 = 400V
bit 1-5
Unit size
05,07,09,....
bit 6-9
Control type
0 = 0A.F4 ( F4-C / up to housing E )
1 = 0B.F4 ( F4-S / up to housing E )
2 = 00.F4 ( F4-C / as of housing G )
bit 10-12
Nominal switching freqeuncy
0 = 2kHz
1 = 4kHz
2 = 6kHz
3 = 8kHz
4 = 10kHz
5 = 12kHz
6 = 14kHz
7 = 16kHz
bit 13-15
Maximum switching frequency 0 = 2kHz
1 = 4kHz
2 = 6kHz
3 = 8kHz
4 = 10kHz
5 = 12kHz
6 = 14kHz
7 = 16kHz

Control hardware (0 = 00.F4, A = 0A.F4, B = OB.F4)
Position 2 + 3: Software version (e.g. 11 = 1.1)
