abdrehen. Das Video-Verbindungskabel

3D fest verbunden
und darf für die Aufbereitung nicht entfernt
werden.

Allgemeine Pflegehinweise

HINWEIS:
Vor sämtlichen
Reinigungsarbeiten die Kamera-
Kontrolleinheit vom Netz trennen.
Es wird empfohlen, das VITOM
®
3D bei
Nichtgebrauch in der Originalverpackung
aufzubewahren. Das Video-Verbindungskabel des
VITOM
®
3D-Exoskops bei der Lagerung nicht zu
eng aufwickeln und nicht knicken.
Das VITOM
®
3D nicht ungeschützt im direkten
Sonnenlicht oder in einer extrem heißen
Umgebung aufbewahren.
Vor dem Einsenden zur Wartung muss das
VITOM
®
3D mithilfe von validierten Verfah ren
sorgfältig gereinigt werden. Die Lichtein- und
-austritts flächen der Licht kabel und des Exoskops
sind stets sauber zu halten (siehe jeweilige
Gebrauchs anweisung), um eine optimale Wieder-
gabe des Bildes zu gewährleisten.

Rückstände von Chemikalien
am Kartenstecker können zum Versagen
der Kameraelektronik führen.

Chemikalien am Lichtkabel und am
Lichteinlass des Exoskops können durch
die Hitzeentwicklung der Lichtquelle
einbrennen, damit die Lichtfasern
beschädigen und die Lichtleistung sowie

WARNING:
The light cable must be
removed for reprocessing of the VITOM
®
3D. To do so, unscrew the light cable in
a counterclockwise direction. The video
connecting cable is firmly connected to the
VITOM
®
3D and must not be removed for
reprocessing.
9. 1 General care instructions

NOTE:
Always disconnect the power
cord from the Camera Control Unit before
cleaning
We recommend storing the VITOM
®
3D in its
original packaging when not in use. Do not coil
the video connecting cable of the VITOM
®
3D
exoscope into tight loops or cause it to kink.
Do not expose the VITOM
®
3D unprotected to
direct sunlight or excessive heat.
Prior to returning for service, the VITOM
®
3D must
be thoroughly cleaned per validated procedures.
The entrance and exit faces of the light cable
and exoscope must always be kept clean (see
corresponding instruction manual) to ensure
optimal reproduction of the image.

Chemical residue on the card-
edge connector can cause failure of the
camera electronics.

Heat from the light source can
cause chemical residue on the light cable
and on the light entrance of the exoscope
to burn. This can damage the light fibers
and have a detrimental effect on the
lighting power and the picture quality.

9. 1 Indicaciones generales de
conservación

NOTA:
Antes de cualquier trabajo de
limpieza, desconecte la unidad de control de
la cámara de la red.
Si no va a utilizarse el VITOM
®
3D, se recomienda
guardarlo en el embalaje original. No forme un rollo
apretado con el cable de conexión de vídeo del exos-
copio VITOM
®
3D ni lo doble para su almacenamiento.
No almacene el VITOM
®
3D bajo la acción directa de
los rayos solares o en un lugar excesivamente cálido.
Antes de enviar el VITOM
®
3D con fines de
mantenimiento, es necesario limpiarlo a fondo
mediante procedimientos validados. Las entradas
y salidas de luz del cable de luz y del exoscopio
han de estar siempre limpias (véase el Manual de
instrucciones correspondiente), a fin de asegurar
una reproducción óptima de la imagen.
