Place the cup in the center of the grid of
the drip pan.
Press the button for the desired water
type and hold it down until the desired
amount of fluid has been dispensed into
the cup.
The display will show the selected water
type and the water temperature during
the tapping process.
Note
To dispense hot water, press the button for
hot water once briefly and wait until the dis-
play shows "Ready to dispense t - tempera-
ture XX °C". After that, press the button for
hot water long enough to dispense the de-
sired volume. Pressing the button twice will
prevent the inadvertent dispensing of hot
water by a random touch.
If th water temperature falls below the set
value during the dispensing of hot water,
the water output will stop. The preheating is
shown in the display. Once the preheating
phase ends, the dispensing is shown as
ready - the dispensing of hot water can be
continued.
If the appliance will not be needed for more
than 4 days:
Shut off water supply.
Set the appliance switch to "0".

Warning
Health hazard because of water contami-
nated with bacteria. If the appliance is not
used for more than 4 days, the following ac-
tions must be taken:
Set the appliance switch to "I".
Check the time and date, adjust if nec-
essary (see "Care and Maintenance/
Time/Date").
Note
After an extended interruption of the mains
supply, the appliance will request you to set
the date and time in its display.
Open the water supply.
Start the hygienising process manually
(see "Care and Maintenance/Opera-
tions Menu")

or part suggessted by him, such as
– parts and wearing parts,
– accessories parts,
– operating materials,

Before doing any work on the machine:
Set the appliance switch to "0".
Pull out the mains plug.
Shut off water supply.
In order to ensure a reliable operation of the
appliance, we highly recommend that you
conclude a maintenance contract with us.

Empty the drip pan and clean with disinfecting detergent.
Dispense 0.5 l of each beverage type and pour out.

Clean the outside surfaces of the appliance with disinfecting detergent. Clean the drip pan with hot water
or in the dishwasher. Plastic surfaces must not be cleaned with alcohol-containing detergents. If neces-
sary, perform cleaning more frequently.

Start the hygienising process (manually or automated), execute rinse programme right afterwards.

Have the Active Pure filter replaced by the service department. The time for the change will be shown in

Have the Hy Protect filter replaced by the service department. The time for the change will be shown in the
display "Ready - replace UF filter". See "Installing/removing filter " for procedure.
Please enter the filter change into the maintenance sheet at the end of these instructions.
The changing intervals of the filter apply to the defined test conditions and can deviate from the indicated times.
