2G/4G network 2 pulse inputs (type no.: HC-003-80)
The 2G/4G network module is a plug and play module that automatically starts to send data on the existing 2G and
4G mobile networks less than 30 seconds after installation of mains supply.
32 current data registers are sent to the utility company every hour 24/7/365, and the module comes with an 8-year
prepaid data subscription included.
It is possible to extend the subscription by further 8 years.
See paragraph 11.5 for information about mounting of antenna.
The module is also equipped with extra pulse inputs for direct connection with other consumer meter, e.g. water or
electricity meters. Max copper thickness is 1.5 mm
2
.
In order to achieve the best possible connection to the mobile network, the module is delivered together with a
dedicated external antenna. The Mini Triangle antenna has an antenna cable of 2.5 m and is the same antenna that
is used as the external antenna for the Wireless M-Bus modules HC-003-30 and HC-003-31.
11.4.16
Modbus/KMP TCP/IP + 2 pulse inputs (type no.: HC-003-82)
The module supports two communication protocols via Ethernet: Modbus TCP and KMP. Modbus TCP enables the
integration of the energy meter in building automation systems or in industrial applications. KMP enables the
reading of current and logged values and configurations. The Ethernet cable is connected via four connection
terminals.
The module's Modbus functionality is verified by external test laboratory.
The module is supplied via the power supply in MULTICAL®.
