When the two mechanical locks have been 
released, remove the top cover from the 
base. 

Reassembling the meter the seals must be re-established using 15 x 15 mm void labels. Note: If the meter is used for 
billing, this is a legal seal. Alternatively, Kamstrup's seal no. 2008-727 can be used.
