operation – Motor oil level too low – Check motor oil level, top up if
necessary
Motor

– Radiator contaminated
– Coolant level too low
– Fan V belt slipping
– Check motor oil level, top up if
necessary
– Clean radiator
– Check motor radiator system for
leaks, add coolant if necessary
– Check V belt tension, tighten or
replace as required
Transmission
oil indicator lit

operation – Tranmission oil level
too low
– Radiator contaminated
– Check transmission oil level, top up if
necessary
– Clean radiator
Motor running
but truck does
not travel – Travel direction switch
in neutral
– Parking brake applied
– Set travel direction switch to required
direction
– Release parking brake
Truck does not
reach max.
speed – Transmission oil level
too low
– Check transmission oil level, top up if
necessary
Lift speed too
low – Hydraulic reservoir oil
level too low
– Hydraulic reservoir
discharge system
contaminated or
blocked
– Check hydraulic oil, if necessary top

– Check tyre air pressure, increase to
correct pressure if necessary

necessary, then turn the steering
wheel several times from one end to
the other.
