1. Moving knife mounting plate assembly

The preliminary test for thread trimming and thread clamping can be done independently on the moving knife 
mounting plate assembly. 
(After the following adjustments have been completed, hook the threads manually with the recessed part of the 
moving knife, pull the moving knife into the counter knife to clamp the threads and the thread will be trimmed off.)

Dimensions of the counter knife

When sharpening the counter knife, correct it with the 
part

 so as to

 nish it in the size of 0.5±0.05 mm.

The thread tension is increased by moving the intermediate 
thread guide upward, or decreased by moving it downward.
In general, adjust the position of setscrew
