BAS NETWORK WIRING

NOTES

:

1.  The shield terminal on the SC-EQ is not connected to ground. It provides a convenient place to connect shields in two daisy chain seg-

ments.

2.  Do not set the EOL switch ON if the unit is not at the end of the segments.
3.  Set the EOL switch to ON for the right end of the unit.
4.  Ground only one end of the shielded cable.

NOTES

:

1.  Ground all SC-EGs.
2.  Only 2-wire BAS need 100 Ohm resistor.
