32) Hammer in the anchors until they make contact with the base plate. Hand tightens all anchor bolts. Check that the column is level. Adjust
shims as required.
33) Tighten all anchors (step 5 of
Fig. 15
) and recheck column for plumb. Re-shim if necessary. To set anchors, Torque anchors to:
If HILTI M16 mechanical anchors are used: initial torque = 80 N·m; After initial setting, re-torque to 110 N·m;
If FISCHER M16 mechanical anchors are used: install torque = 100 N·m;
If HILTI M16 chemical anchors are used: install torque =80 N·m;
DANGER
Verify that all the bolts are properly tightened before proceeding with the installation of the lift. It is prohibited to use or even test the
lift if only one of the dowels (anchors) has not been correctly positioned or if the tightening torque of all of them has not been verified.
34) Assemble overhead sheaves, spacers and washers onto the sheave pin as shown in
Fig.18
. Set in cradle with all assembly parts
between the two plates.

35) Route synchronizing cables.

) according to the required configuration. Jam both end nuts
together and Hand tightens them
