It is equipped with an ink roller cooling device. Cooling water can be used to
control the ink roller and ink temperature, which is in the inner cavity of the ink
roller and the 2nd and 3rd ink roller cores. To make ink performance is not affected
by the printing time and high-speed printing and to ensure the stability of printing
quality.
The ink transmission device and dampening device are two independent transmission
systems, which are driven and controlled by the ink servo motor and the water servo
motor seperately. It is also equipped with an ink roller automatic cleaning device.
When it is necessary to clean the ink roller, the ink roller (including the water
roller) of the ink transmission device can be automatically cleaned by manipulating
the button on the touch screen.
二、Notes
2.1、Use of UV offset printing inks
UV lamp drying device is provided on each offset unit. All rollers are UV rollers,
which are suitable for UV ink (UV curing ink) printing. When using printing ink,
because UV offset ink chemical properties are different from traditional offset ink,
the use of traditional offset ink will affect the transmission performance of water
and ink transfer.
（1）The quality of rollers is very important to ensure the printing quality. Only
good quality rollers can provide the best transmission effect.
（2）Accurate adjustment of the best pressure between the rollers can optimize the
performance of water and ink transmission and extend the service life of the rollers.
（3）High quality rollers and the best pressure can ensure that the offset press has
a high quality of printing
2.2、Basic requirements for printing
（1）Adjust the output parameters of UV dryer to printing requirements.
（2）Use PS plate suitable for UV offset printing. If you use an ordinary PS plate,
you must perform a toasting treatment to improve its corrosion resistance.
（3）Use UV self-adhesive blanket.
（4）Use UV ink special auxiliaries, additives and cleaning agents.
（5）UV ink must not be mixed with traditional ordinary offset ink, and do not mix
with other types of UV ink.
（6）Do not use UV ink that beyond warranty period.
（7）Do not overuse additives in UV ink. If overuse, it is easy to cause ink film
drying and other problem.
