五、Pressure mechanism component
5.1、The main role of the pressure mechanism is to complete the installation and
disassembly of the die-cutting cylinder and the cutting board cylinder, and to
provide a stable cutting pressure to the die-cutting cylinder during work. The
installation and disassembly are achieved by connecting two screws ① with the
cylinder assembly. The steady cutting pressure is achieved by the pressure of
the top screw④.
5.2、When working, the screw cover ② on the two ends of the screw must be rotated
to ensure that the screw is in a tensionless state and avoid interference with
the pressure of the top screw ④. When die-cutting is not required, the top
slider③can be opened, the pressurized screw ④ can be lifted to the bottom and
locked after disengagement, the two ends of the sleeve can be rotated, and the
die-cutting cylinder and gear can be lifted away from the cutting board
cylinder and gear. This reduces the load of the die cutting unit motor and the
inertia of the equipment.
