The adjustment of the ink rollers and the water rollers shall be made at normal room
temperature, and it must be ensured that the adjusted rollers are parallel to each
other.
The ink rollers and the water rollers should be adjusted before it is put into
operation and after a long period of use.
4.1、Initial adjustment(basic adjustment)
The initial adjustment of the ink rollers and the water rollers is carried out
before supplying ink. After the installation of the ink rollers and the water
rollers, the distance between the two rollers needs to be initially adjusted.
Adjustment method: Loosen the adjusting locking devices on both sides of the roller
to be adjusted, take 2 pieces of 0.05 mm thickness plugs, place them at both ends of
the roller to be adjusted, then adjust the adjustment devices on both sides of the
roller to be adjusted, and pump the plug at both ends until the pump plug the piece
needs to be extracted with the same force. Adjusting device on both sides of the
locking roll to be adjusted.
4.2、The sequence and method of fine adjustment of Printing Rollers
During the fine adjustment of the ink and water rollers, the ink unit module must be
connected with the roller bridge on the offset printing platform so that the machine
can be started to run the ink transfer and dampening device.
The pressure of ink roller and water roller is carefully adjusted in the following
order and adjustment method.
