⑼、Due to the different mineral content of water sources in various regions of the
country, which affects the configuration of the liquid, it is recommended to use
pure water.
12、Printing rollers
⑴、When the pressure between the rollers of the rough adjustment rubber is not
allowed to use steel plug sheets, it should use a thick polyester sheet of about 0.1
mm to avoid damaging the water rubber rollers.
⑵、Be sure to adjust the contact pressure of the roller before turning on. The
pressure at both ends of the roller must be the same. Otherwise, the pressure at one
end of the roller will cause wear and tear due to excessive pressure.
⑶、Be sure to immediately release the roller from the printing plate during
downtime and remove the load pressure. In long-term printing, due to the continuous
and high-speed rotation of the rubber roller, it is affected by the temperature,
pressure and tension, it will often reduce its elasticity, poor ink transfer, and
even produce ink bars, so it should regularly allow the rubber roller to recover
fatigue.
⑷、Do not use gasoline, diesel, oil refining and other solvents to clean the roller,
strictly prohibit the use of benzene or aromatic cleaning agents, otherwise it is
easy to cause the roller to soften prematurely, reducing the performance of the
roller. Wash with sufficient time and water at the end.
⑸、During the period of machine maintenance or long repair, the roller must be
completely removed and cleaned. Sand paper is not allowed to scrub and polish, this
will make the surface rough, so that it is difficult to wash ink and change ink.
⑹、When replacing the new roller, the gap between the rollers should be retreated
to the maximum possible, because the diameter of the new roller is larger than the
diameter of the old roller.
⑺、Store rollers should be lightly put, so as not to scratch, and to shelve the
level of rollers. Do not squeeze pile and cause rollers deformation; At the same
time, light avoidance measures can be used. It is not allow to placed under strong
light and ultraviolet light, so as not to cause the surface of the roller aging,
decolorization, cracking. It is not suitable to store outdoors in winter.
