VI Offset printing water and ink uints

The water and ink unit in offset printing (ink transfer and dampening device) is
installed as an independent module on the slider of the linear guide rail at both
ends of the offset printing platform, and can be moved back and forth with the
slider on the linear guide rail. When offset printing, just lift up the limited stop
positioning pin handle and push the ink unit frame forward, so that the front
positioning surface of the wall plate on both sides of the frame and the positioning
block of the plate roller bridge on the offset printing platform are flattened.
Tighten the locking device on both sides of the lever. It makes water and ink unit
and plate roller bridge is connected into one. When offset printing is not carried
out, only the two sides of the lever locking device should be removed and the ink
unit frame should be pushed backwards. At this time, the water and ink unit should
be separated from the plate roller bridge and moved away to the limit position. The
limited stop positioning pin will automatically fall into the positioning hole and
will limit the position of the water and ink unit.
It is equipped with a ink remote control. There are 13 ink keys to control motor. It
can track and control the ink preset and ink color ratio adjustment on the central
console. There is an automatic ink mixing device driven by air cylinder, so as to
