三、driving roller
3.1、The driving roller is the source of the die-cutting cylinder and the cutting
board cylinder positioning and power. It forms a connection with the servo
motor through the gearbox, and controls the gear transmission moment and
direction of the side end to the die-cutting cylinder and the cutting board
cylinder gear.
3.2、In the die cutting unit, the driving roller, the cutting board cylinder, and
the die cutting cylinder are all used to control the clearence through the
roller pillow. Therefore, the lubrication and cleaning of the roller pillow are
very important. On the die-cutting frame, a pair of felt is pressed on the
roller pillow of the driving roller under the action of a Reed. It assumes the
role of cleaning the pillow and oil storage lubrication.
3.3、The lubricating oil model used in the gearbox is Mobile gear 629, ISO VG 150.
There is a cursor on the gearbox that can check the capacity of the oil at any
time. There is an internal hexagonal flat end tightening screw on the upper
part of the gearbox. The rotation can inject oil into the gearbox. The
injection period is twice per year.
