2.2 Waste belt stripping roller
The most commonly method for the removal and disposal of waste belts is to remove
them from the material. The stripping roller is used to peel the waste belt from the
material after die-cutting. The adjustable bracket can be turned, and it can be
fitted with two sizes of stripping rollers. In order to ensure the most suitable
disposal related to anti-stick rollers, it is necessary to change the position of
the adjustment bracket and the size of the stripping roller, and adjust the
stripping roller to a suitable position. The clamping sensitive label is composed of
some surface materials and adhesives. In order to increase friction and avoid
adhesive affecting waste collection, a layer of diamond sand anti-slip tape is stuck
on the anti-stick roller.
