the outer circle beating after the cylinder is on the machine, resulting in an
impact on the quality of the product.
三、Replace plate cylinder
The process is similar to replacing blanket cylinder.
四、Cylinder parallelism and pressure adjustment
1、The front adjusting handle 1 adjusts the parallel and printing pressure between
the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder.
2、The back adjusting handle 2 adjusts the parallel and printing pressure between
the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder.
Note: Before the machine leaves the factory, the parallel and printing pressure of
the cylinder is adjusted. In the offset printing state, the adjusting handle is
locked, and non-professionals must not adjust without authorization.
Adjusting parallel: Roller handwheel 1 round, change 0.04 mm. Turn clockwise to
increase the pressure on the operating side. Instead, turn counterclockwise to
reduce the pressure on the operating side.
Note: The front end of the pointer has been adjusted to be in the center of the
flower-wheel indicator slot at the factory.
Printing pressure: Handle 2 turns and changes 0.14. Turn clockwise and increase the
printing pressure; Turn counterclockwise, reduce printing pressure.
Note: The printing pressure between the cylinders will be automatically adjusted
according to the paper thickness entered in the PMC. This handle 2 will only be
activated when it is converted into a flexo printing state!
