and automatically positioned horizontally above the ink tank. At this point the ink
agitator's bottom end will extend into the ink. On the control touch screen to open
the ink stirring button, ink agitator's mixing rod is in the ink tank to go back and
forth. Press the ink stirring button again to cancel the ink stirring, ink agitator
will stop the ink stirring action.
Since the mixing rod is a deformable part, in order to prevent the mixing rod from
touching and scratching the ink roller or ink fountain, at the beginning of
operation, pay attention to check the gap between the ink mixing rod and the ink
fountain roller or ink fountain. The gap is required to be greater than 3mm.
When there is no need to stir the ink or clean the ink fountain, the ink agitator
can be turned up and lifted vertically. At this time, the front-end plunger of the
knob plunger will automatically slide into the position of the flip link firmly
fixed the position of the ink agitator to prevent the ink agitator from falling.
七、Clean ink
The ink washing device includes water storage tank, ink wash tank and spray pipe,
etc.. Through the touch screen button operation on this module, the ink roller
(including the form dampening roller) can be automatically cleaned.
7.1、Liquid in water storage tank
In UV printing, the cleaning of ink rollers should use UV wash water suitable for UV
ink. The dilution ratio of liquid can be seen in the UV liquid usage manual.
