Installation steps of die-cutting cylinder
Step I
1.1、Assembly the serial numbers 1 and 2 to the ends
of the die-cutting cylinder
1.2、Fasten screw in end face of part 1 to die cutting drum
with a hexagonal wrench
Step II
2.1 、 Connect the pressure mechanism to the die
cutting cylinder with two screw 3
2.2、Use lifting equipment 5 to lift components
2.3、Adjusting screw cover 4 to make the die cutting
cylinder in a horizontal position
2.4 、 The pressure screw 11 can be removed when used
as a lifting tool.
Step III
3.1 、 Open the cover 7, rotate the handle 8 to
separate the guide bar from the frame.
3.2 、 Place the die-cutting cylinder horizontally in
the frame slot
3.3、Install die-cutting tool with reference to side
busbar position and paper edge position
3.4、Untie both ends of the screw cover evenly 9, so
that the die-cutting gear and the cutting board gear
mesh
3.5、Open slider group 10, assemble pressure screw 11
quickly to reach the scheduled position and lock
3.6、Close the cover 7
