Method of liquid in water storage tank, see Fig.7.1
（1）Close the air intake switch and turn on the exhaust switch(ball valve), Observe
the barometer and wait for the pressure in the tank to fall back to "0" kg
（2）Unscrew the locking screw on the cover of the liquid storage tank and remove
the cover of the liquid storage tank.
（3）Open the tank cover and add liquid to the tank, requiring no less than 3L water
to be washed in the tank
（4）Re-cover the tank cover, install the cover and tighten the locking screw rod to
make the cover secure.
（5）Close the exhaust switch, turn on the intake switch, adjust the pressure knob
and observe the barometer to keep the pressure in the tank at around "3" Kg. After
that, you can clean the ink roller (including the form dampening roller) through the
button operation on the touch screen of the ink unit module.
Note: It is strictly forbidden to loosen the locking screw and open the cover when
the pressure in the tank does not fall back to "0" kg.
7.2、Automatic ink washing of ink rollers(including form dampening roller)
Before starting the ink roller automatic ink washing, first it ensures that the ink
tank is installed, and there is liquid in the tank and adjust the pressure of the
tank to about 3Kg. Open the pipe between the tank and the ink washing device. Ball
valve switch on the pipe.
On the touch screen of this module, press the "wash ink" button to open the
automatic ink wash of the ink roller. After that, the machine will automatically
close the ink roller scraping chip of the ink wash groove and automatically spray
water to the ink roller(including form dampening roller) wash. In the process of
automatic ink washing, the local residual ink on the ink roller assisted manual
spraying of liquid, can improve the ink washing efficiency. When washing ink, press
the "wash ink" button on the touch screen again, then stop the wash ink, wash ink
groove ink roller scraping ink sheet automatically out of the string ink roller.
After the ink roller cleaning is completed, it is necessary to remove the ink bath
in time, and clean up the waste ink and wash water in the ink tank.
