Dilute oil lubrication is also used in the gearbox of the machine. The gearbox is
used more often in the equipment, and is distributed as below:
●Unwinding unit
Gearbox for one time tension
●Offset unit
Gearbox for impression cylidner
Gearbox for blanket cylinder
Gearbox for plate cylidner
●Die-cutting unit
Gearbox for twice time tension
Gearbox for driving
●Matrix unit
Gearbox for waste and three times tension.
All gearboxes are equipped with cursors, exhaust valves, and fuel holes. It is very
important for the service life of the equipment to know clearly how much oil is
stored in the gearbox by the cursor. The main function of the exhaust valve is to
adjust the internal pressure of the sealed gearbox when the machine is running at
high speed for a long time. The fuel hole is a hole equipped with a flat end
fastening screw of M16 size. It is located in the upper part of the gearbox. When
installation, we have coated the perimeter of the device, which can be opened and
the gearbox is filled with oil when there is not enough oil in the cursor.
Dilute oil lubrication is also applied to all gears with no lubrication device
exposed. Generally, oil guns are used to fuel them. The locations that need
lubrication are distributed in the following locations.
●Offset unit
Ink transmission gear in the ink system, gear used
for form dampening rollers
●Die-cutting unit
Die-cutting cylinder gears, anvil cylinder gears,
transmission cylinder gears
二、Dry oil lubrication
Dry oil lubrication refers to the use of grease for lubrication, the use of a
special pressure gun to press the grease through the pressure into the press type
oil cup, lubrication of the bearings, these lubrication points are characterized by
the existence of pressure type oil cups, they are mainly distributed in:
●Offset unit
Bearings on the platform's moving slider
Lubrication for bearings of impression cylinder on
the operation side
