Connecting the Load to the HD-55
Step
Action
1.
Connect the Oval Master Link (A 515C65) to the load.
2.
Connect the release system hook to Oval Master Link (A 515C65).
3.
Make sure that the two ROV handles (910 3203) are in position and that their locking
pins are in place (910 2729) and locked with cotter pins (2.5 x 32).
The unit is now ready to operate.

End of procedure.

Arming the System
Arming requires the use of a TT301B or TT801 Remote Control Unit.
Check that no foreign materials obstruct the triggering system.
Make sure that all shafts and pins are clean and properly greased.

Action
1.
Make sure that the fork locking pin (9101550) of the acoustic actuator is in release
position, parallel to the arms of the fork lever (9102893) and can be inserted inside these
arms.
2.
Otherwise, through the acoustic remote control system, send the valid release code of
the AR 861S releasing system (Check the code on the equipment data sheet).
The motor should rotate a quarter turn and the fork locking pin (9101550) move to the
position specified above, which is a required prior to the arming operation
.
3.

1.
The two ROV handles (9103086) must be in position and fitted with their locking pins
(9102729) locked with cotter pins (2.5 x 30).
2.
Manually check that the supports (9102709) of the mechanical releasing system are
properly locked.
