You have just received your equipment in a plywood transit case. Before starting the
installation, we recommend to check the contents of the pack and the equipment
immediately on receipt of your MT9x2S System . Specifically, you should check that all
items are present on delivery and that none has sustained any damage.
For that, you find a packing-list detailing all the shipped items in the shipping case. This
packing list had been completed and checked for by iXBlue shortly before shipment.
II.2 Handling and Transport
For transport, it is strongly recommended that the HD-55 unit is in armed-position and
fitted with the release safety pin (9102987).
The weight of the unit including the ring is 330 kg. For any handling operation, use the
suitable handling gear (lifting gear, shackles, slings, straps...).

II.3 Storing
Between two successive periods of using the HD-55 heavy duty releasing system, several
storage operations can be envisaged. Generally, every time the unit is retrieved to the
surface, apply the cleaning procedure as described in section IV.

1.
Follow the cleaning procedure described in section IV.
2.
For greasing purposes: remove, clean and grease all the pins. Reassemble.
3.
Store in the dedicated case.
4.
End of procedure.
