Chapter 1 — Learning About the PA30

PA30 Print Engine User’s Manual

Keep the ribbon pulled taut through the print mechanism
and turn the printhead lever counterclockwise to the Closed
position to lock the ribbon in place.

Press the cardboard core at the front end of the ribbon onto
the rewind hub. During printing, the rewind hub rotates
counterclockwise.

Turn the printhead lever to the Open position.
