Changing Locks
is the sequel of „Registering a Lock“ in case
you replace a lock, but do not extend
the system by adding a new lock. Also see „Additional Lock“ above.

Follow the steps 1-4
of paragraph „Registering a Lock“
.

With < or > and Enter select Change lock.

7.
With < or > and Enter select the lock to be replaced.
Insert bus cable !

Connect the cable and confirm the connection with Enter.

10. Test opening and closing and, if a bolt work switch is part of the system,
examine whether it has been connected properly.
You have successfully registered a new lock.

Locking the System despite Defect Bolt Work Contact
In case you have connected a circuit for a bolt work contact, you still can
lock the system once even with the bolt work contact being defect. Perform
the steps described below and lock the system..
1.
Open the system (open lock 1 or all locks, depending on the system).
See section „Opening and Closing“ in this chapter.

With the date displayed, with key

With key Enter select 1x bolt work.

4.
With < or > select Yes and Enter after that.
1x bolt work | Saved
is on display. Thereafter, you can lock the system
once even though the bolt work contact is defect.
5.
Close the lock.
Also see the instructions ‘Closing …’.
The system is locked.
You have successfully locked the system despite a defect of the bolt work contact.
