3.4.4 Optional Accessory: Blocking Unit EloXT II

With one unit EloXT II, you can integrate four additional inputs and three additional
outputs into system EloStar Master. With these, you can block / release up to two locks
independent of each other and equip them with a bolt work contact. EloXT II features a
lock status contact and an alarm contact for triggering silent alarm / duress alarm. For
UL compliance see p.10.
Note
In order to use the output functions of EloXT II, sever the wires of
the jumpers R1, R3 and R5. See secti
on „Connecting Blocking

“, step 5 on page 41.

Caution
Danger of malfunction in case of wrong configuration.
Danger of not being able to open / close the system.
With systems EloStar Master with 1 unit EloXT II:
Via PC software, before the installation within section
„Settings,
Extension unit“ deactivate setting „bolt work“ (remove the mark
in the box) in case you do not use that contact or deactivate
setting „Release“ in can you do not use the release contact.
