Special days
!
The current date has been defined as a ‘Special day’, on which opening is not
possible.
✓
Wait until the ‘Special day’ ends.
✓
Open the lock (with authorisation ‘quick open code’).
✓
Check whether the date has been set properly at the operating unit and, if it is not
the current date, change it.
Terminal change
!
The operating unit has been changed or reset. The display of the message ends
at the time a lock is opened.
✓
This message is displayed when a lock is opened or closed for the first time after
the operating unit has been reset or changed. In this context the message does
not require taking any measures.
✓
If the message is issued unexpectedly, somebody might have tried to manipulate
the system. In this case please contact the staff / persons responsible for
security.
Timer p. aborted
!
Status message. Circuit TIMEOUT within the protected premises of the system is
closed and suspends all active timer programs or a user with the authorisation
‘quick open code’ has opened a lock although a timer program was active.

Open the circuit TIMEOUT at terminals 30 and 31 if you do not wish that active
timer programs are suspended or
✓
Switch off authorisation ‘quick open code’ in the User matrix (PC software).
Trivial code
!
A user / an operator has entered code, which contains a row of ascending or
descending numbers (12345…/ 76543..).
✓
Such code can be forbidden for security reasons. Enter another code.
Was currentless
!
The system has been without power supply. The display of the message ends at
the time a lock is opened.
✓
Check whether the date and time have been set properly.
✓
Check the protocol / have the staff / persons responsible for security check
whether someone has tried to manipulate the system.
Weekly program
!
The current moment of time is not within a time slot defined for opening locks with
the timer program ‘Weekly program’.
✓
Wait until a time slot starts which has been defined for opening locks.
✓
Open the lock (with authorisation
‘quick open code’).
✓
Check whether the date has been set properly at the operating unit and, if it is not
the current date, change it.
Wrong card
!
An operator has inserted a card of the wrong type into the slot at the operating
unit, maybe a code card instead of a configuration card.
✓
Select a card of the right type. Please contact your system manager / technical
support, if you do not know what the expected card type is or if a card of that type
is not available for you.
