Invalid code | Block period
!
An operator has entered incorrect code for at least four times. Therefore a block
time has been activated by the system. The block time, during which code entry is
impossible, is prolonged by a minute after every time incorrect code is entered.

Wait until the block time has ended and enter your PIN code.
✓
Please contact your system manager / technical support, if you do not know the
correct code.
Invalid input
!
A wrong or invalid input has been entered. Possibly code, date or time have been
entered incorrectly or, with option ‘Parallel code’ or ‘Dual code’ selected, only one
user instead of two ones has entered code.
✓
Repeat the proceeding. Please contact technical support, if the error message is
displayed again.
Just started or | was currentless
!
The system has been without power supply. The display of the message ends at
the time a lock is opened.
✓
Check whether the date and time have been set properly.
✓
Check the protocol / have the staff / persons responsible for security check
whether someone has tried to manipulate the system.
Lock mid pos no.

Lock bolt is neither engaged nor disengaged but in middle position.
✓
Check whether there is an obstacle in the way of the lock bolt.
✓
Check whether the lock can be opened / closed. If it cannot be opened or closed,
please contact technical support.
Lock system
!
A lock master has made an attempt of deregistering a code without which the
system could not be opened anymore.
✓
Switch off option ‘Dual code (4-eyes opening)’ or ‘Parallel code’ or authorise
more users to open the lock and register their code at the lock before de-
registering the code in question.
! Manipulation !

Wrong code has been entered at least three times or a wrong finger has been
scanned at least five times.

Read the protocol in order to see who has entered wrong code.
No card
!
No card has been inserted into the slot of the operating unit.
✓
Insert a chip card into the card slot of the operating unit.
No release!
!
Opening is not possible. Lock has not been enabled via input contact RELEASE.

Check whether extension units are connected properly and whether the lock
should be blocked or not. Please contact technical support if the error message is
displayed again.
