Step

Instruction

1.

Open the web browser on your PC.

2.

Navigate to the following URL http://<server_name_or_ip_address>/dssws or
https://<server_name_or_ip_address>/dssws to get to the login screen, and enter your
user name and password.

3.

If you forgot your password, click “Forgot password?” on the login screen (this is
only applicable to dssuser).

4.

Enter user name when prompted and click the “Next>>” button. At this point the
system will identify whether the user is authorized to change the password online. If
yes, the user will be directed to answer security questions. Otherwise the user will be
directed to contact their administrator.
