Replace the line filter element
WARNING
•
Be sure to set the safety bars under the body
before starting works with the body raised.
•
Oil is hot immediately after operation. You may
get burnt if you touch oil. Start work after oil
has cooled down.
1. Place the machine on a flat and rigid ground and bring
it into the posture for changing hydraulic oil. Stop the
engine.
2. Detach the case (1) with a wrench (of size 32).
3. Clean the inside of the case.
4. Replace the element (3), O-ring (3) and backup ring (4).
5. Attach the case and tighten it with the wrench.
6. Start the engine and make sure that no oil leaks from the
mount of the case.
7. Store the safety bar, move down the load carrying
platform, and check the level of hydraulic oil.
The level is proper if it is between the H and L levels of
the level gauge.
Refill hydraulic oil if the level is too low.
