Button description
④ Press the ‘DEFROST’ button after pressing the ‘STOP’
button.
Please wait about 10 minutes until the ice cream in the cylinder
to be melted.
After 10 minutes, the STOP indicator will be on. Press the
‘WASH’ button and wear sanitary gloves to take out 400ml
ice cream each from the left and the right holes and pour it
back to the mix hopper. Press the ‘AUTO’ button after. )
* The ice cream discharge amount can be kept steadily when the
above process (taking out ice cream) is performed.
③ If the ‘STAND-BY’ indicator is automatically on after
pasteurizing, it means the pasteurization is completed and
the cylinder and the mix hopper are keeping the ingredient
in refrigerating condition.
To make ice cream at this stage, please press the button
‘STOP’.
Press the button ‘WASH’ and wear sanitary gloves to take
out 400ml ice cream each from the left and the right holes
and pour it back to the mix hopper.
Take out the carburetors and put them back after wash.
Press the button ‘AUTO’.
* The ice cream discharge amount can be kept
steadily when the above process (taking out ice
cream) is performed at the stand-by, pasteurizing
and the auto stage.
⑤ Please apply edible grease onto the rubber packing
parts of the pistons. Place the pistons heads to be
horizontal direction with the dasher cover and insert
them into the holes slowly.
※ If no edible grease is used onto the pistons, the
discharge amount of ice cream can be reduced
due to non-smooth move of the pistons.
