3. Remove the ingredient completely as follows before cleaning:
① Remove the drain box.
② Remove the 2 bolts manually and pull the delivery system out to the right.
③ Install a proper drain basin under the dasher cover.
④ Press the "WASH" buttons on both left and right sides individually or simultaneously
to activate the product, followed by the blue "EJECT FOR CLEANING" button
to drain the ice cream ingredient completely from the container.
Rinse the container 2~3 times with clean water.
- Activate the product with the "WASH" button on the left, and then press
the "EJECT FOR CLEANING" button to drain all ice cream ingredients and water for cleaning from the left hole.
- Activate the product with the "WASH" button on the right, and then press the "EJECT FOR CLEANING" button to drain
all ice cream ingredients and water for cleaning from the right hole.
- Activate the product with the "WASH" buttons on both left and right sides, and then press the "EJECT FOR CLEANING"
button to drain all ice cream ingredients and water for cleaning from the hole in the center.
2. Open the ingredient container, take out the carburetor and impeller,
and clean them with brush and soft cloth.
5. Be sure to rinse away all detergent residues.
4. Press“STOP" to stop washing, and then wash
the inside of the container and impeller axis
with brush and soft cloth.
(Be sure to use mild detergent for dishwashing)
1. Press STOP, followed by DEFROST.
(Wait till the ice cream in the cylinder melts.)
How to clean
Caution
If the maker is pasteurized on a daily basis, apply the steps above at least every 2 weeks.
Note that the carburetor, impeller, and area around the ice cream outlet must be cleaned frequently.
