Status What to check
The overrun
is not good
enough. 1. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the ice cream-making process with the user manual.
2. Use a smaller carburetor hole to improve overrun.
3. The extended operation of the maker may worsen the overrun. In such case, plug the
carburetor hole in the hopper to melt the ice cream, and then check the level of ingredient in
the hopper. If more than 75 % of the cylinder is filled with ingredient, overrun may worsen. Drain
the ingredient to fill just about 50 % of the cylinder and make ice cream to improve overrun.
Draining too much ingredient to fill less than 25 % may result in bad ice cream quality.
The discharge
amount varies
in each round. 1. Check if the solidity is set too high, which can cause a difference in the amount of ice cream.
2. This product controls the amount by time, with high sensitivity to the type of ingredient, level
of ingredient in the container, ice quality after making ice cream, and change of ice quality
after not being used for a long time. Thus, it is very difficult to set the exact same amount per
round. Refer to this user manual for details on how to maintain the quantity.
3. The ice cream discharge amount can be kept steadily when No.3 process in the page 29
(taking out ice cream) is performed at the stand-by, pasteurizing and the auto stage.
* Service cost could occur when requested for it without performing the No.3 process.
The ice cream
went bad! 1. The product has to be cleaned on a daily basis. Dump any leftover ingredient and use only
fresh ingredient the next day. If cleaning is not done daily, pasteurization must be done
at least daily. The manufacturer is not liable for any issue arising from failure to follow this
advice.
There is noise in
the cup holder
device. 1. There could be noise when friction occurs due to running out of oil.
Please refuel the oil included in the accompanying components.
