Making ice cream
1. With the carburetor removed, pour ingredient
until the "MIX-OUT'" indicator goes off. (10ℓ)
2. After all the ingredient goes into the cylinder (check
if there is no more of air bubble occurring around
the hole of the mix hopper. It takes 5~8 minutes.),
please put the carburetor into the hole.
Please adjust the carburetor hole according to
the ingredient type. Generally, Φ4.8 is the best
option; if the amount needs to be increased,
however, set the hole to a bigger size.
3. Insert the impeller and put back the cover.
4 Press AUTO.
5. If the maker is operated for the first time, wait till the
ice cream level reaches 100% before projecting
ice cream.

※ Please keep the ingredient amount in the hopper over 10 ℓ, when the sales volume is high.
One time discharge amount of ice cream can be reduced, if the ingredient amount in the hopper
is less than 10 ℓ.
