Assembling the dasher and dasher cover
1. Insert the blade into the protruding part of the
back of the dasher, hold the dasher and dasher
blade, and then insert the blade into the front.
2. Hold the two blades and dasher together and
insert the mixing shaft.
3. Hold the assembled dasher so that the front of the
mixing shaft looks “△.”

※ Otherwise, the dasher cover cannot be assembled properly.
1. Apply edible grease on the packing inserted
into the piston and slowly insert the piston with
its head horizontal to the dasher cover.
2. Insert packing dasher into the dasher cover.
3. Carefully assemble the front of the mixing shaft and the“△”
part of the dasher cover, and then tighten the dasher cover
bolts two at a time. A loose dasher cover bolt may cause
ice cream to leak. Thus, make sure that the bolts are fully
tightened.

Caution is required since the bundle has different shapes
on each side.
Wrong assembly will cause product malfunction.
