When adjusted the carburetor hole to the biggest one.
Matching the projecting part at the top of the‘carburetor body’
with the biggest hole at the top of the‘carburetor tube’will make
the biggest hole at the bottom of the carburetor body match
with the biggest hole at the bottom of the carburetor tube.
It will make the over-run lower and the ingredient goes into
the cylinder a lot which is suitable for continuous discharge
(high sales volume).
Conditions : For operation / When the ingredient viscosity is high.
When adjusted the carburetor hole to the middle one.
Matching the projecting part at the top of the‘carburetor body’
with the middle hole at the top of the‘carburetor tube’will make
the middle hole at the bottom of the carburetor body match
with the middle hole at the bottom of the carburetor tube.
It will make the over-run average and the ingredient goes into
the cylinder moderately which is suitable for average sales volume.

4. How to adjust the discharge amount of ice cream, when deviation
on the discharge amount occurs.
① Please pour the ingredient into the mix hopper without the
carburetor until the MIX-OUT indicator turns off.
(Pouring 10 ℓ at the initial stage is suggested.)
② After all the ingredient goes into the cylinder (check if there
is no more of air bubble occurring around the hole of the mix
hopper. It takes 5~8 minutes.), please put back the carburetor.
Please adjust the carburetor hole according to the ingredient
type. Generally, Ф4.8 is the best option; if ingredient viscosity
is high or if the sales volume rapidly increases, however,
set the hole to the biggest size.

the smallest hole at the bottom of the carburetor body match

It will make more over-run and the ingredient goes into the cylinder
slowly which is suitable for low sales volume.
