applied for making ice cream.

of ice cream level. (The initial making of ice cream
value at ① will be applied after the time set at ⑤ passes.)
⑥ is delay time on the application of the after discharging
level. (The value after discharging of ice cream at ④
will be applied after the time set at ⑥ passes.)
3-8-5: You can set the duration of the piston open time
that is applied after piston motor operation.
Setting this piston open time shorter or longer
can make the discharge amount of ice cream smaller
or larger.

3-1 : Changing the ice cream level
The item controls the current value for soft ice
cream - higher value means higher level, and lower
value means lower level. If the level is too high,
the available amount of ice cream to make may
decrease.
3. Adjust method of setting value when there is difference between the supply
voltage and the rated voltage.
When there is voltage fluctuation or the voltage is lower or higher, it can affect the current, so there
could be a deviation in the discharge amount of ice cream, if the setting values are matched with
the rated voltage.
※ When the discharge amount standard is 90 g ±35 g and the sales weight is over 12 5g or under
55 g, the deviation on the discharge amount can be reduced by adjusting the current value and
the piston setting value.
