Cabling
the
computer
If
the
computer
cables
and
connector
panel
have
color-coded
connections,
match
the
color
of
each
cable
end
with
the
color
of
the
corresponding
connector.
For
example,
match
a
blue
cable
end
with
a
blue
panel
connector,
a
red
cable
end
with
a
red
connector,
and
so
on.
Attention:
To
prevent
damage
to
equipment,
connect
the
power
cord
last.
Depending
on
the
video
adapter
installed
in
the
computer
and
the
monitor
you
want
to
use,
you
might
have
to
use
special
video
cables
that
convert
signals
or
provide
an
additional
connection
point
for
dual-monitor
capability.
See
the
User’s
Guide
on
the
IBM
IntelliStation
Documentation
CD
and
the
documentation
that
comes
with
the
monitor
for
additional
information.
