RIO

and

SPCN

cables

provide

two

functions

the

system:

remote

data

bus

connection

and

power

control.

The

following

basic

rules

must

followed

when

connecting

these

two

types

cables:

The

I/O

drawers

must

connected

loop

fashion

for

both

the

RIO

cables

and

the

SPCN

cables.

The

loop

connection

provides

redundant

paths

that

failure

occurs

part

cable,

the

system

will

continue

operate.
