ce and Inspection

[2] Greasing method

[Ball screw]

(1) With the power off, make sure there is no cutting powder or dust on the spiral cover

surface. Wipe off any cutting powder or dust with a soft cloth, etc.

(2) Pull out the table and rod bracket and pull the spiral cover narrow diameter side toward

the thick diameter side (arrow direction); then expose the screw shaft.

If the table and rod bracket will not move at low lead, connect to the PC software or

teaching pendant to move them.

(3) Wipe off the grease adhered to the ball screw and apply the designated grease (0.1 to

0.3cc).

(4) Return the spiral cover to its original position and move the table and rod bracket to

apply the grease thoroughly.
