VIDEO POPUP: Display the video channel
with the event in a single split screen (full
screen) in Live Mode.

DURATION: Set the duration of the video popup. After the set duration live video screen will
return to its normal view type (screen division).
TRANSPARENT: Full screen video will be shown the entire duration of the detected event.
UNTIL KEY: Full screen video will be shown until remote control button is pressed, or a mouse
button is clicked.
5~300 SEC: Set custom full screen video duration time in seconds, up to 300 seconds (5
minutes) maximum.
NOTE:
If multiple events occur at the same time or the event is
with more than one video channel,
the video popup will display all
channels in the smallest suitable screen division rather than in full
screen mode. E.g. Two alarming video channels will be shown in a 2x2 screen division.

OSD POPUP: Display a popup message window notifying the user of the event.

DURATION: Set the duration of the OSD popup.
UNTIL KEY: OSD popup message will be shown until remote control button is pressed, or a
mouse button is clicked by the operator to acknowledge the event.
5~300 SEC: Set custom OSD popup duration time in seconds, up to 300 seconds (5 minutes)
maximum.
Email Output
When an event occurs, Veo16i can send out an email notification to the previously registered users.
To disable email notification for specific recipients, refer to
and uncheck
EMAIL NOTIFY
option.

ADD NEW EMAIL: Click EDIT to add additional mail recipients in addition to the email addresses
already configured under User Management.

MINIMUM EMAIL FREQUENCY: Set email delay time. This option helps control the frequency of
email notifications being sent out. When many events occur within a short time (e.g. 1 minute),
multiple emails could cause the email server to classify them as spam. When minimum email
frequency is set to 1 MIN, for example, if 2 events occur within 30 seconds, the second
notification email will be sent 1 minute after the first one.
